What to include in a technical question
- The planner or page name and a brief description of the problem.
- Your browser name, device type and the steps that led to the issue.
- What you expected to happen and what appeared instead.
- A made-up example that reproduces the problem, rather than real names, addresses or private observations.

What this site cannot handle
Do not use this website for urgent matters, official complaints, case updates, service requests, legal notices intended for a public body or requests for financial support. It cannot forward a message to an organisation or act on anyone’s behalf. If you need a particular service, independently locate that organisation’s genuine contact channel.
