Behind the result - No mystery in the method
The planner puts your event details, supply list and notes into a printable run-of-show. If you add a start time, it subtracts your set-up minutes and adds your event duration to show suggested times. A day-offset label appears when a time crosses midnight.
If you enter a budget, budget per attendee = total budget ÷ expected attendees, rounded to two decimal places. The total remains the amount you entered; multiplying rounded shares may differ slightly. A currency label does not convert money. No venue, supplier or attendee is contacted.
Across every tool: it does not submit a complaint to any body, does not fetch, validate or confirm bookings, live prices or exact rates, does not fetch live data, and does not store data on a server. All planning inputs come from you and remain in this browser tab unless you choose to print, download or share them. Blank optional fields are omitted. Text is displayed literally, not interpreted as HTML.

Before you go
Does this book a venue?
No. The plan only uses the times and budget you enter. Contact venues and check permissions yourself before relying on a plan.
What if the event crosses midnight?
Times include a previous-day or next-day offset where needed. The tool does not apply time zones or daylight-saving changes; use it as a local clock-time outline.
Can I share or print the run-of-show?
Yes. Build the plan, then use Print / Save PDF or Download text. Review the exported details before sharing, especially notes about attendees.
Does the site store my details?
The planning code does not send or save your inputs to a server or use browser storage. They remain in this page’s memory until cleared, reloaded or closed. A browser may independently restore form values. Downloads, print queues and files you share are under your control.
