Behind the result - No mystery in the method
The planner arranges your title, observations, personal priority, dates and next-step list into a private working record. The next-step count comes from non-empty lines you enter. A review date cannot precede the first-noted date.
It does not assess the truth or severity of an issue, look up case records, assign an official reference, monitor progress or create an official status. It is not an official complaint submission and cannot contact any body. Dates are reminders on the page, not scheduled notifications.
Across every tool: it does not submit a complaint to any body, does not fetch, validate or confirm bookings, live prices or exact rates, does not fetch live data, and does not store data on a server. All planning inputs come from you and remain in this browser tab unless you choose to print, download or share them. Blank optional fields are omitted. Text is displayed literally, not interpreted as HTML.

Is this an official submission?
No. It is a personal tracking sheet only. It does not submit a complaint, create a case number or contact a government body or any other organisation.
Will I receive review reminders?
No. The date is displayed only in your plan. Add a reminder to your own calendar if you need one; this site does not track the date after you leave.
Can I keep or share a copy?
Yes. Print or download it. Avoid including sensitive information, and share only with people you intend to receive your own observations.
Does the site store my details?
The planning code does not send or save your inputs to a server or use browser storage. They remain in this page’s memory until cleared, reloaded or closed. A browser may independently restore form values. Downloads, print queues and files you share are under your control.
