Behind the result - No mystery in the method
Planned time = number of stops × minutes per visit + (number of stops − 1) × minutes between stops. The planner compares that total with your available minutes to show spare time or a shortfall. It keeps stops in the order you enter.
When you enter a start time, each stop gets a suggested start and finish. If you enter a total budget, it also shows a simple budget share per stop. It does not determine route distances, opening hours, safe access, transport connections or availability; check those independently. No reservations are made.
Across every tool: it does not submit a complaint to any body, does not fetch, validate or confirm bookings, live prices or exact rates, does not fetch live data, and does not store data on a server. All planning inputs come from you and remain in this browser tab unless you choose to print, download or share them. Blank optional fields are omitted. Text is displayed literally, not interpreted as HTML.

Before you go
Are the stops or travel times verified?
No. Every stop and duration comes from you. Confirm access, opening hours, transport and local conditions independently; the tool has no map or live feed.
What if the stops do not fit?
The plan shows how many minutes you are over your available time. Remove a stop, change your estimates or allow more time, then generate again.
Does the budget estimate use live prices?
No. It only divides the total you enter by your number of stops. This is a planning allocation, not a price quote or statement of exact costs.
Does the site store my details?
The planning code does not send or save your inputs to a server or use browser storage. They remain in this page’s memory until cleared, reloaded or closed. A browser may independently restore form values. Downloads, print queues and files you share are under your control.
