Purpose and acceptance
By using these planners, you agree to use them as personal organisational aids and to review the limitations stated here and on each tool page. If these terms do not suit your purpose, do not rely on the tools. No account or payment is required for the supplied planners.
Your inputs and responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness and appropriateness of what you enter. Do not include content you have no right to use, private information about others without a proper basis, or material intended to harass or mislead. You retain responsibility for permissions, safe arrangements, factual checks and any eventual communication or publication.
Estimates, not arrangements
A result is derived from user-entered assumptions. It is not a booking, a confirmed schedule, a safety assessment, a professional recommendation, an official record or proof of a right to use a place or service. Verify time, availability, prices, access and permissions independently before acting.
No representation or submission
Civic Magazine does not act as your agent, represent a public body or submit anything to an organisation. The personal issue tracker does not file a complaint, open a case or monitor an official status. Newsletter and meeting outputs are drafts only and are not sent to anyone.
Permitted use of results
You may print, download, adapt and share your generated plans for lawful purposes. Check that you have the necessary rights in any text you enter. Do not present a generated plan as official approval, verified evidence or a message issued by someone who did not authorise it.
Availability and limitations
The tools are supplied as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation, suitability for a particular situation or error-free calculations. They are not intended for emergency, regulated or safety-critical decisions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator excludes implied warranties and responsibility for losses caused by reliance on unverified inputs or estimates. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that the law does not allow to be excluded.
Technology and local copies
JavaScript is needed for calculation and export. Browser capabilities vary. You are responsible for protecting downloaded files and checking a print preview. Clearing a page does not remove copies you have already stored or shared.
Updates and questions
The operator may improve or discontinue a planner and should update these terms when its use changes. Read the current tool method each time your plan matters. For site questions, consult the Contact page for current contact availability; it is not a channel for official submissions.
