IMPORTANT LIMITS

Disclaimer

Know what the planners can arrange—and what they cannot establish.

No public authority or official service

Civic Magazine is an independent personal planning website. It is not affiliated with any government body, does not administer financial support and does not offer official account access, case lookups, record checks or status verification. No result is an official document, approval or eligibility decision.

Personal records are not submissions

The Civic Issue Tracker Planner only formats your own observations and intended next steps. It cannot lodge or forward a complaint, create a case reference, contact a government body or verify an issue. If you need a particular organisation’s service, find its genuine channel independently.

No live data or confirmations

The planners do not fetch live prices, exact rates, opening hours, availability, transport data or other live information. They do not validate or confirm bookings, make reservations, invite attendees, recruit volunteers or distribute newsletters. Anything that requires agreement by another person must be arranged separately.

Budgets and workload are estimates

Money amounts are the values you enter, not quotes or financial advice. Dividing a budget does not establish actual costs or affordability. Capacity and timing estimates assume the entered information is realistic; they do not evaluate safety, skills, accessibility, legal obligations or practical feasibility.

Your review matters

Check inputs, units, dates and all generated output before relying on it. Recheck local clock times around midnight or daylight-saving changes. Consult appropriate professional or authoritative sources where your decision requires them. These tools are not a substitute for urgent assistance, legal advice or financial advice.
